Harder and Harder to Breathe
Yes... that's the life that me and Evelyn share together. Companions in abstinence.
Ooh, did I just say that!? Sorry.
I'm in a surprisingly chipper mood today, even considering the vomitting state of my youngest. And considering that I had the oddest thing happen to me last night.
At 1 AM I woke up gasping for breath... as if I had had the air completely knocked out of me or that I'd been suffocating. It took me several seconds to even wake up enough to not panic and just breathe and then my throat and lungs hurt bad for a good hour after.
So... anyone want to diagnose me? I can honestly say I've never had that happen before. It was very frightening.
What's the most frightening thing your body has ever done to you?

I use to get it all the time when I was little too. Mom would put a cold wash cloth on my chest. I remember hating it because it was so cold but so glad because it enabled me to breath again.
what about sleep apnea?Maybe you had a dose of that.
I would suggest it's something stressful. Perhaps a bad dream. Or worry about your son.
About the lung bit. Perhaps you need a breath of fresh air. Though that might mean a 15-hour car ride. Nudge, nudge. . . .
Well, perhaps not.
Sometimes anxiety can cause it but I haven't heard of it being painful after.
Hope that helps!
